Bahri Ship Management, one of five business units within Bahri, has become the latest high-profile ship owner and manager to join the International Shipsuppliers and Services Association (ISSA) after its President Abdulaziz Sabri accepted an invitation to join the association as an honorary member.
ISSA’s decision to launch a new honorary membership category for ship managers underlines the importance it places on engaging with ship managers and owners around the world.
“We look forward to working together to improve the way owners, managers, and ship suppliers tackle issues of importance in the industry,” commented Saeed Al Malik, ISSA President.
“We consider this an opportunity to fulfill our commitment towards ensuring that ship suppliers worldwide are able to explore and adopt efficient and cost-effective ways essential for their smooth running,” remarked Abdulaziz Sabri, President, Bahri Ship Management.
ISSA has 1,500 company members worldwide and 40 countries as national association members.
