Deal to streamline Club’s operations and help local suppliers

Global technology company SAP recently inked a new agreement with the Dubai Racing Club (DRC) at the SAP House at Expo 2020 Dubai.
The deal was signed in the presence of Zakaria Haltout, Managing Director, UAE, SAP and Major General Mohammed Essa Al Adhab, Board Member and General Manager, Dubai Racing Club.
The new agreement will see Dubai Racing Club use SAP products Ariba and Procurement Solution on SAP’s UAE Datacenter Cloud to support both local and international suppliers and vendors. The agreement will also strengthen relationships with local SMEs to support their growth. Signed ahead of the Dubai World Cup, the agreement also aligns with the Dubai Sustainability Vision, and aims to create a paperless experience for supplier receipts and invoices, a press communique concluded.
